Work is underway sprucing-up the Gerald Flynn House on Palmer Avenue, which BTEO acquired in March 2024. Guided by Christian Valle of the Valle Group building company, several local contractors have, free of charge, begun improvements. For example, huge thanks to Hamilton Tree and Landscape and Rapoza Landscape for the work they recently performed (see related pictures).
